Christmas 2012
December time is when the Elding team gets into the holiday mood and welcomes you on board our boats in Reykjavķk Old Harbour. We offer daily whale watching tours at 13:00 with the exception of 25 December and 1 January when we will be closed. In the holiday spirit we offer a complimentary holiday punch and traditional Icelandic Christmas biscuits in the Whale Watching Centre before the tour. Like always we offer warm overalls and blankets free of charge on board so you don't have to worry about the cold December days.
The Chrismas Island Višey
Višey welcomes guests all year round and the holiday spirit is evident on this peaceful island. The ferry departs from Skarfabakki harbour on Saturdays and Sundays. In December you can also join:
- Chirstmas festival in Višeyjarstofa; dinner with great music from mid November to mid-December.
- Imagine Peace Tours daily at 20:00 until 8 December, at 18:00 on 21, 22 and 27 December and at 16:00 on 31 December.

Easter 2013
Easter is a special time here in Iceland and always more and more travellers decide to spend their Easter vacation in Iceland. Traditional Easter holidays in Iceland are from Holy Thursday until Easter Monday (28 March to 1 April 2013).
Whale Watching
Elding offers daily whale watching tours at 9:00 and 13:00 all Easter long. To make it a bit more special we introduce to you Icelandic Easter traditions such as the Easter egg proverbs.
Višey Island
Elding runs the Višey ferry according to schedule except on Easter Sunday (31 March 2013). Stay tuned for infomation and timing of our fun Easter egg hunt on the island.
