Clamshell and white wine

Exclusive tours for groups. On these tours you will get a unique opportunity to observe the bird life in the small islands outside of Reykjavik as well as to try some of the exciting delicacies of the sea.

From Reykjavik we sail to Hvalfjordur. This particular sea route is renowned for it natural beauty and spectacular sights.

In Hvalfjordur we deploy our homemade clamshell plow to catch fresh clamshell, which we then serve straight from the shell, only lightly marinated in lemon. The clamshell is a unique culinary delight, suitable either as a hors d'oeuvre or a side dish along with the other delicacies served on the cruise.

To supplement the mood we will provide great music and our onboard bar will be open throughout the entire cruise.

A Dining room with a view

Exclusive for groups. On board Hafsúlan is a comfortable dining room suitable for up to 110 people. In the dining room there is an onboard bar and a dance floor, making it an ideal center for parties, buffets and meetings of any kind.

The ship is also equipped with a powerful sound system, which covers all areas of the ship, providing music for all of our guests.

Whales in the midnight sun

Exclusive tours for groups. The midnight sun and the nature of the bay Faxafloi provide a unique wildlife experience. A trip out on the bay at night in midsummer is an unforgettable experience. The wildlife in the bay is at its highest peak. The mountains surrounding the bay get more effect in the colours of the midnight sun. We shut down the engines and enjoy the sound of the birds and the cetaceans. On the way back to the harbour we can enjoy refreshments in the saloon or continue enjoying the view.

Blue channels by night

Exclusive tours for groups. Cruise on the blue channels at the coastline of Reykjavik. We go between the islands in the area and tell you about the changes of our society and culture trough the centuries. We´ll sing you songs and poems connected to the history of the area. The view of the city from sea is different and it’s easy to see the contrast between the civilisation and the wild. It’s almost like beeing between two zones.

Whales and Vikings

Exclusive tours for groups. A Cruise from the old harbour of Reykjavík. We go out on the bay for whale watching or sea angling. But the trip ends in the harbour of Hafnarfjörður and we will dock at the pier of the Viking Village, where some Vikings take the group as “hostages” and bring them to the Viking Village where it is possible to buy a package of dinner and entertainment. On board we serve a “starter” drink for the group on the way to the harbour.
