Report from Elding: this evening we set sail from Reykjavik soon after a beatiful sunset and red skies. There were still some clouds around from the afternoon's rain but some clear patches were forming. The forecast was predicting the clouds to slowly retreat as the tour progresses, so we were hoping for a nice view of some northern lights. Unfortunately, the clouds did the opposite to what the forecast predicted and slowly started creeping back in. As we were not able to see any northern lights tonight we offered all the passengers complementary tickets so they can return on their next cruise for free to try their luck again.
