Today we will be operating our Classic Whale Watching on our lovely vessel Hafsúlan at 9:00. All other tours from Reykjavík have been cancelled for the rest of the day!

Report from Hafsulan: Today we had some wind coming from the North on our faces, keeping up awake and aware of everything surrounding us. We went on a trip to find our favorite animals, all packed with overalls ready to go. Although windy, the sun was shining in between the clouds, sunbathing the mountains and giving us glorious views during the whole tour! We explored many areas, and everywhere we went we saw many seabirds, mainly Northern fulmars amongst them, following us on our way. We also saw many Atlantic puffins, and we pointed them out, glad that they are back! Almost by the end of the tour, we saw a dorsal fin amongst the waves, and we saw it from a distance 2 more times, as it was very tricky to follow it, so we couldn't tell to which species the mysterious fin belonged to. So we decided to give out complimentary tickets so the passengers can have another chance of coming back and discovering more from our beautiful bay.
